Restrictions on working with profiles in Dolphin {anty}

Dolphin{anty} has only 3 restrictions on working with profiles:

  • Restricted functionality / Account freezing due to multi-accounting.

  • Exhausted profile limit

  • Restrictions for Windows 7/8.1 and lower than macOS 12

Functional Restriction / Account Freeze

If you've been blocked for multi-accountingand a notification window appears, you'll find a "Change primary email" button at the bottom of that window. Through it, you can independently choose one primary email that will be linked to your PC — and you'll be able to continue working with it freely, without any restrictions.

After confirmation, all other free accounts on this PC will become inaccessible, and you won't be able to change the selected primary email later — not even through technical support. So before confirming, make absolutely sure you're selecting the account you actually plan to keep using going forward 🤝🏻

What does that mean?

This means that other free accounts were signed in on this device, or a different account was previously used, and the system detected it. This also happens when the software is installed on a server (remote desktop, VDS, VPS) where other users exist alongside your account. The system treats this as Abuse.

Sharing access with friends or family members (if anti-detect browser is already installed on your PC) is also not allowed: all free accounts except the primary one will be blocked.

If the email shown in the block notification isn't yours and you're using a VPS/VDS, see Solution 4. If you're not using a server but still don't recognize the email, reach out to our support team.
Keep in mind: if a primary email has already been selected before, it cannot be changed — in that case, the only option is to upgrade to a paid plan.

Important: all of this applies specifically to the FREE plan

Since 02.03 for FREE rates disabled cloud synchronization.

Previously, you could work on one PC, then log into your account on another — and all your profiles, sessions, and data would still be there. Now on Free plans this is no longer available: profiles on another device will be empty with no data.

The Free plan is still available. Only one free account can be used per PC.

✅ Solution:

  1. Use only the main account, which was registered the very first.(You can consider that this account you have the main, but the system sees which account was really the first.).

  2. Switch to the minimum plan, for example Starter plan (+15 profiles for 10$).
    How to pay?
    You can switch to the paid plan, for you will be valid promo code NOABUSE for -20% discount (for the first payment on this email).

  3. Use Dolphin{anty} only on your device.

  4. If you are using VPS/VDS type servers, please contact the provider that your server is not unique. (Unfortunately, this issue can only be solved this way or perform point 2 and pay).

❌ Restrictions for Windows 7/8.1 and lower than macOS 12

If you see this alert:
Warning: Google officially stops supporting Windows 7/8 c version of Chrome 110. From February 13 Dolphin{Anty} will not work on these OS versions. We recommend updating the software version of your PC to continue working.

Due to the fact that Google Chrome stopped working with Windows 7/8.1 and lower than macOS 12 and published a new Chromedriver, we have to restrict Windows 7/8 users in our software. Since our software is based on Chromium we meet their requirements. That's why the program gives different errors.

There are only two ways out:

  1. Buy a Windows 10/11 virtual machine and install Dolphin Anty on it

  2. Upgrade your PC to Windows 10/11
    (And the same for MacOS, upgrade the version of MacOS to 12 or newer)

😓 You have exhausted the profile limit

The plan limit has been exhausted. It is necessary to delete unnecessary profiles and/or users after which the work will be resumed, or pay for a tariff on which there will be enough limit for already created profiles/users.

The plan Free is the plan at which in your personal area on the site or in the program (as indicated on the screen) in the tariff field will be no more than 5 profiles in the tariff and no more than 1 user.

This message appears:

If your plan has been changed to a paid plan (either by you or it has simply expired, or by the operator to perform some operations) and if there is no need to pay it, you need to return to free or pay the plan you need and continue working. You can also find out what plan is set in the software (as indicated on the screen) or by authorizing on the Dolphin Anty website.
