How to add extensions to the Dolphin {Anty}

In Dolphin{anty} you can add the extension to all browser profiles at once, or to a specific type of browser profile (e.g. all FB or Crypto profiles).

⚠️ Important:

  • For Free plan there is a limit of 10 installed extensions, for Starter there is a limit of 25 extensions, for Base, Team, Enterprise there are no limits.

  • It is recommended to add all extensions according to these instructions to avoid problems with unlogging or incorrect work of extensions in the future.

🧩 How to add an extension?

  1. Go to the "Extensions" section — the button is in the left menu of the browser.

  2. Click the "+" button in the top right corner next to the search bar.

  3. A dialog window will appear with two options:

  • Adding from the Chrome Web Store.

  • Adding via an extension archive.

🛒 Adding an extension from the Chrome store

In this window, you can add an extension from the Chrome Web Store by simply copying the extension link and pasting it into the corresponding field in the dialog.

You can then choose which profile type it should be installed on, or select "All sites" to install it across all profiles.

The link should look like this:

https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/metamask/nkbihfbeogaeaoehlefnkodbefgpgknn

If there are any parameters at the end of your link, such as ?hl=ru, you should remove them from the link, including the question mark.

As mentioned above, you'll need to choose which profile type the extension will be added to (the type is set when creating a profile).

You can also share the extension with your team (additional users) when adding it — in that case, all team members will see it in their extensions list, and it will appear in their profiles of the selected type.

Once you click "Create," the extension will become available in the browser profile.

🗄 Add an extension from the archive

You can also add a custom extension or one that isn't available in the Chrome Web Store.

  1. In the extension dialog, switch to the "Upload file" tab.

  2. In the window that appears, enter the extension name and upload a zip archive with the extension files.

Additionally, you can:

  • Change the extension's logo.

  • Choose which profile types it will appear in.

  • Share the extension with your team.

Important:
1. If you add heavy extensions by Store in Browser Profile, it may cause profiles to take a long time to close and there will be profile synchronization errors.
2. Extensions may not function correctly on profiles with an outdated user agent, for example: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2848.18 Safari/537.36. This happens because not all extensions support older version of Chrome.
