Payments can be made with a card from any country.
To make a payment from Russia, an active Russian IP address is required. After that, the option «I have a card issued by a Russian bank» will become available, allowing you to complete the payment.
The processing time for payments depends on the bank and usually takes from a few minutes to an hour. If the payment was made but the plan hasn't been credited, please contact our support team. đ€
The fee when paying by card may depend on the country due to differences in taxation, payment system rules, and issuing banks. Additional charges can arise from international transactions, currency conversion, and the specifics of payment processing, which vary across countries.
Card payments are available via Stripe.
To pay by card:
- Go to the Payments section in the app or on the website.
- When selecting and paying for a plan, choose Stripe as the payment method.
- Click Stripe â the card payment form will open.

- The transaction may still be processing by the bank or payment system. Wait a bit and check for the plan update in your Personal Area on the websiteđ
- Itâs possible that the plan was already activated but later returned to Free either accidentally or intentionally by the user. In this case, contact customer support to resolve the situation.
Auto-renewal of the subscription is enabled when paying with a Russian bank card. By subscribing to a plan, the user agrees to its auto-renewal. If the subscription is not canceled, it will be renewed for the same period and cost as before.
To disable the auto-renewal of the plan, you need to:
- Log in to your account on the website https://dolphin-anty.com/
- Go to the personal account https://dolphin-anty.com/panel/#/overview
- Click the "Unsubscribe" button at the very bottom, under the "Payments" section.

Information about current promotions and offers will be displayed in the app, as well as on the official news resources of Dolphin{anty}. You can follow the news in our Telegram channel or on the official website.
Payment for one month is 30 days, and for a year, itâs 365 days.
If you notice that the annual subscription payment was made for 360 days instead of 365, please contact support.
This message means that changes to the plan conditions without additional payment have already been made on the account during the current month.
If you see this error, it means that the limit for such changes within the current month has been reached. You will be able to change the plan conditions again without an extra charge only from the beginning of the next calendar month.

The message "Declined by issuing bank" means that the transaction was declined by the bank that issued the card. This is not an issue on Dolphin{anty} or the payment system's side â the decision was made by the bank. Contact the bank for further details or use a different card or payment method.
Such a message may appear if the account being paid for has more created profiles or additional users than the selected plan allows. For example, if you want to pay for the Starter plan but the account has additional users that are not available on the Starter plan.
You need to delete the profiles that exceed the limit or remove unnecessary additional users, then check the payment again.
The plan update can be done by the team owner. Itâs possible that the account from which you tried to make the payment is an additional user, which is why the attempt to change the plan failed and this message appeared.
