Make sure the code from the authenticator is entered correctly. Since six-digit codes are temporary, it’s possible that the code expired before it was entered.
Also, ensure that the code is entered without spaces, extra characters or typos so the system can recognize it properly.
In this case, you should contact our support team so they can help resolve the issue and restore your access.
Each backup code can only be used once. It’s likely that an incorrect code was entered or there was an attempt to use it repeatedly. Try entering a different backup code or contact support for assistance.
The "Suspicious Login Attempt" system is active for all users without two-factor authentication. It helps protect your account from unauthorized access if login details have been compromised or guessed.
The code is sent to the email associated with your account (which is also used as your login). First, make sure the code is being sent to the correct email address.
If you’re checking the right email inbox, don’t forget to check the "Spam" folder—sometimes, the email with the code might be mistakenly sent there by the mail service.
If you still don’t receive the code after several attempts, contact support team. They will help resolve the issue and provide you with the code for authorization.
If you've lost access to the email account and can't receive the code, the only way to log into your account is to change the email address after verifying your identity.
To do this, contact support and provide the requested information. After successful verification, the email can be changed, and you’ll be able to receive the code on your new email address.
You can log out of your current account by clicking the "Log Out" button in the left sidebar menu.
This is completely excluded. Account hacking is impossible unless the user has directly shared their data with someone or provided access to their device (for example, unknowingly through a virus).
Data stored in the cloud is encrypted, and even if it were somehow stolen from the server (which is not possible) or from the device, it would be impossible to decrypt.
Only those who have access to the profile can open it, such as the user themselves or a team member with shared access to the profile. Remote access to the profile is not possible.
Yes, all profile launches are saved in the History.
You can view the authorization history and the IP addresses used for login in your Personal Area on the website, in the "Login History" section.
To protect your account, it’s recommended to set a strong password that is at least 8 characters long, including both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
For added security, it’s beneficial to enable 2FA (two-factor authentication) so that only those with access to the authenticator app can log into the account. The authenticator code will be required each time you log in.
If the user hasn’t enabled 2FA, there’s a special protection system — "Suspicious Login Attempt". This system verifies the user by sending a code to their email.
